ELLA, Az-Azeytun\u2019s signature collection<\/h2>\n

Az-Azeytun is made in Batea, in the Terra Alta, by Abel Maij\u00f3, from a farming family, who learned from his grandfather to work the land, the vines and the olive trees and studied viticulture before devoting himself to his own oil.<\/p>\n

ELLA is his signature collection: oils from olives picked green, obtained directly from the fruit by mechanical means only, and presented in illustrated bottles that are half a present before they are even opened. Each name in the collection has its own illustration and the same intense Terra Alta character.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
