Az-Azeytun Empeltre comes from Batea, in the Terra Alta, in a 500 ml bottle, the size of the oils people use every day. It is a young extra virgin, obtained directly from the olives and solely by mechanical means, with the personality of the monumental trees it comes from.<\/p>\n

It is made by Abel Maij\u00f3, who learned from his grandfather how to work the land, the vines and the olive trees and studied viticulture before launching his own oil. The bottle holds a fresh profile of green grass, fennel and artichoke, with gentle bitterness and pepperiness and a sweetness that leads.<\/p>\n
