Now, with the addition of Espai Oleum, Bacallaneria Natalia expands its range with an exclusive selection of top-quality extra virgin olive oils. In this new space, customers can discover carefully curated oils, including native Catalan varieties and prestigious oils from Jaén, all produced using traditional methods that guarantee exceptional flavour and an unmatched sensory experience.
Alongside these extraordinary oils, Bacallaneria Natalia continues to offer its renowned range of gourmet specialities, featuring:
- Salt cod: Belly cuts, loins, extra morro, tail with and without bone, nape, pieces, flakes, and cheeks (cocochas).
- House specialities: Cod fritters (buñuelos), brandade, skewers, and cod burgers, all freshly prepared by hand.
- Olives: Gazpacha, Aragón black, Sevillana, pica-pica, low salt, Aragón, Caspe, split with garlic, cocktail mix, and confit garlic.
