Terms of Sale

VAT-inclusive prices, purchasing process, payment, invoicing, shipping, 14-day withdrawal, and warranty.

These terms and conditions govern purchases made on espaioleum.com, the online shop of PQM CREATOR C.B. (Espai Oleum), tax ID (NIF) E19551688, with registered address at Carrer de Sant Cugat, 22, 08302 Mataró (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: info@espaioleum.com · 651 99 35 83.

1. Products and prices

The main characteristics of each product are detailed on its product page. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed, together with the total price, before you confirm your order. Product images are illustrative; packaging design may vary depending on the batch or harvest.

2. Purchasing process

  1. Add items to your basket.
  2. At “Checkout”, enter your personal details and delivery address, and choose your preferred shipping and payment methods.
  3. Review the order summary, accept these terms and conditions, and click the payment button.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation email. The contract is deemed concluded at that moment.

You can correct any details before confirming your order. The contract is executed in Spanish and we store the electronic order document, which you can access from your customer account or by requesting it via email.

3. Payment methods

Credit or debit card and Bizum, processed securely via the Redsys payment gateway, as well as bank transfer. Card details are entered directly on the bank’s secure platform and are never stored by this shop. Orders paid by bank transfer will be prepared once payment has cleared.

4. Invoicing

We issue an invoice for every order and send it in PDF format by email once payment is confirmed. If you require an invoice issued to a company name or with a VAT/tax number, please check the corresponding box at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

We prepare orders within 24 to 48 working hours and dispatch them via Correos Express or UPS, depending on the destination. Please check delivery times, delivery zones, and costs on our shipping page. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods without giving any reason, by notifying us via email at info@espaioleum.com or in writing to our postal address. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method; we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exception: for reasons of hygiene and sanitary protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products or cosmetics that have been unsealed after delivery (Article 103(e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

7. Warranty and defective products

We are liable for any lack of conformity in accordance with consumer protection regulations. If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours so we can process it with the courier; we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. 8. Customer service and complaints

We handle enquiries and complaints at info@espaioleum.com and by phone at 651 99 35 83, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00, and reply as promptly as possible (at most, within one month). Official complaint forms are available upon request. You may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not subscribed to any consumer arbitration scheme.

9. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
