Llàgrimes del Canigó

Llàgrimes del Canigó makes its oils in Agullana, in the Alt Empordà, where the olive groves face the Canigó massif and the tramontane wind blows hard for much of the year. The name, “tears of the Canigó”, recalls the snowy mountain that dominates the landscape.

The house works Empordà varieties such as Argudell, little known outside the area, and turns them into oils full of personality, fresh and marked by a land of wind.
