14 days to return unopened products. If anything arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and we resolve it at no extra cost.

Your satisfaction is our priority. This is our returns policy, in compliance with applicable consumer regulations and taking into account that olive oil is a food product.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide any reason. For reasons of hygiene and sanitary protection, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery (Article 103(e)).

To exercise this right, simply inform us clearly via email at info@espaioleum.com. If you wish, you may use the model withdrawal form found in our terms of sale.

2. Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened and with the seal intact.
  • The original packaging must be in good condition.
  • Please provide the order number or attach your invoice.

3. Defective products or shipping errors

If you receive a defective item, one damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs whenever possible. In such cases, Espai Oleum covers all return shipping costs and offers a replacement product or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory legal warranty rights as a consumer.

4. How to make a return

  1. Write to us at info@espaioleum.com or call us on 651 99 35 83.
  2. State the reason and, if there is any defect or damage, attach photographs.
  3. We will send you return instructions for sending the item back.

5. Refunds

We will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of return.

6. Return shipping costs

  • Withdrawal without defect: return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Defective product or our error: covered entirely by Espai Oleum.

7. Storing your olive oil

To maintain peak quality, store your olive oil in a cool place (between 16 and 20 °C), shielded from direct light and with the bottle tightly sealed.
