A single-variety Arbequina olive oil made at Molí d’Alcanó from olives grown in Segrià and Les Garrigues, Lleida, Spain.
Tasting and serving
Medium ripe fruitiness with aromas of cut grass, tomato and fennel. A sweet opening, light bitterness and a gradually developing peppery finish. Enjoy on tomato bread, salads and vegetables, or drizzle over fish and oven-baked dishes before serving.
Unfiltered oil with a denser texture. Natural sediment may appear; the producer recommends enjoying it within its first three months.
