Invicto Selection brings the three faces of the house together in one box: Arbequina, Picual and Frantoio, each in its black bottle with flowers.
Three oils, three personalities and an invitation to discover how much olive oil changes from one variety to another. Invicto Selection is the essence of Invicto: three varieties from the same grove, bottled separately.

Invicto Selection: three varieties, one tasting
Nose
Arbequina: mild, sweet and fruity, with hints of ripe fruit.
Palate
Picual: intense, bitter and peppery, with grass, almond and tomato leaf; Frantoio sits between them, fruity, herbal and balanced.
Finish
Tasting them one after another on a piece of bread is the best olive oil lesson anyone can give at home.
Invicto, Villanueva de la Reina
Invicto comes from Villanueva de la Reina, a village in Jaén overlooking the Guadalquivir, where the family behind the brand grows several varieties rather than just one. That curiosity defines the house: each variety is bottled separately so it can tell its own story.
The black bottle with its floral illustration, unmistakable on the shelf, is its signature. In our Mataró shop we stock all three varieties because, together, they are the best practical lesson in how much one olive differs from another.
When someone cannot choose between the three, the advice is simple: Arbequina for beginners or delicate dishes, Frantoio for character without harshness, and Picual for those who want intensity. And if the doubt remains, we open them at the counter and taste them with bread.
Invicto Selection in the kitchen
- Arbequina in a mayonnaise or a sponge cake.
- Picual in a salmorejo or on toast with tomato.
- Frantoio with pasta or griddled vegetables.
- All three together, with bread, for a home tasting.
Invicto Selection in three bottles

Three 500 ml bottles, one of each variety, with Invicto’s careful presentation. It is a format made for giving and discovering, and in our Mataró shop we recommend it as a first present for anyone who wants to start understanding olive oil.
Sealed bottles keep best in a cool, dark place; once opened, well capped and away from heat.
