Baronia de Cabacés Arbequina in the largest case of the conventional range: fifteen litres of Priorat mountain Arbequina in three five-litre containers.
It is the oil of the cooperative the village of Cabacés founded in 1933, here meant for those who use it daily and generously: busy family tables, bars and restaurants.

The Cabacés cooperative, in the Priorat
Cabacés is a small Priorat village tucked between mountain ridges, dry-stone terraces and centuries-old olive trees growing beside vineyards and Mediterranean woodland. Its cooperative, founded in 1933, brings the village growers together and keeps alive a mountain grove that would otherwise have slowly disappeared.
Baronia is the name of its oils: a mountain Arbequina, obtained directly from the olive by mechanical means only, with the character of a hard, luminous land.
Where Baronia de Cabacés Arbequina shines
- Toasted bread with tomato.
- Escalivada, chargrilled peppers and aubergine.
- Green and tomato salads.
- Meat or fish carpaccio.
- As a raw finishing touch on any dish.
Baronia de Cabacés Arbequina in 5 L containers

Fifteen litres of Baronia de Cabacés Arbequina cover the whole season. One container is opened at a time, decanted into a small cruet, and the rest wait sealed in a cool, dark place.
The large format lets an extra virgin oil of known origin go into the whole kitchen: sofritos, stews, the oven and, of course, raw on bread with tomato.
