ELLA, Az-Azeytun’s signature collection
Az-Azeytun is made in Batea, in the Terra Alta, by Abel Maijó, from a farming family, who learned from his grandfather to work the land, the vines and the olive trees and studied viticulture before devoting himself to his own oil.
ELLA is his signature collection: oils from olives picked green, obtained directly from the fruit by mechanical means only, and presented in illustrated bottles that are half a present before they are even opened. Each name in the collection has its own illustration and the same intense Terra Alta character.
